In order to engage with me for deep transformational health and lifestyle coaching, a couple of conditions need to apply:
- You commit to the process and to that which you wish to achieve.
- You have a willingness and openness to change, update, transform.
- We have a long, deep conversation before we decide whether we will work together or not.
We then talk about possibilities. We’ll discuss what you really want and if we are going to be a good fit for each other. We explore your dreams. We’ll discuss what would serve you best and then I can talk you through some options for going forward together if we decide to do so. I work with people face-to-face at my stratford office, or we speak by phone or on Skype in the comfort of our own environments, whatever suits us best. We have deep, powerful conversations that transform and light up, we problem solve, we create life landscapes, we share laughter, we connect deeply and we learn what it means to be truly alive. WE’LL TALK ONE ON ONE
Depending on your package we’ll talk for 50 minutes or more each month. These are our formal sessions and they’re completely tailored to you. During these calls, we’ll talk about what’s coming up for you in your life, work, relationships, how your health is, nutrition, emotions, and more. I’ll guide you in a way that allows us to see exactly where you’re being held back and why, and we’ll move you toward a place of greater clarity, empowerment and freedom.
Practical Guidance We end our calls with 1-3 actions steps to keep you moving forward. I intuitively know where you need to focus between sessions, and you’ll be amazed at how much you’ll learn in between sessions by playing around with your “homework”!
Transformation Guide You will receive you own personalized eating and lifestyle plan that we will go over and tweak as you begin to master this thing.
Hypnosis or Guided Meditation I will create a personalized session to reach and rework any deep rooted patterns, self sabotage or mental blocks that may be affecting your health, life, work and weight loss goals. This can be done in the office, via Skype or as a downloadable MP3 recording.
Personal Support As a private client, you have complete access to me via email. I’m there for you through it all, and I invite you to use me for support however you can.

Through in-depth evaluation, we will custom create a nourishing, whole foods-based nutritional program that meets your unique goals and needs. We will work with you to address concerns such as slow metabolism, low energy, auto-immune conditions, hormonal imbalance, thyroid and digestive issues.
The body CAN heal itself with a little help. When a body is deficient in nutrients, it begins to experience dis-function and dis-ease. WHAT FEEDS YOUR HUNGER FOR LIFE?
We have a philosophy about food – everything we consider a source of nutrition is really just a secondary source of nourishment. The other aspects of life that feed you are just as important as the foods that you eat. This is what we call core foods and they can really make a difference in your life.
RELATIONSHIPS You can eat all the broccoli in the world, but the quality of your relationships with family, friends, and coworkers explains a lot about the quality of your life. Cultivate relationships that support your wants and needs.
CAREER Most people spend 8-10 hours a day, five days a week at work. Are you passionate about your job? Do you love who you work with? Finding work you enjoy is essential to living a healthy, balanced life.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY Our bodies thrive on movement and quickly degenerate without it. Exercise can be simple, such as getting off the subway or bus one stop early. Making physical activity a daily habit greatly increases your health and happiness.
SPIRITUALITY We all search for meaning in our lives, and feeling at one with the world can satisfy that longing. Some people follow their traditional religion of birth while others explore new traditions. Spiritual nutrition can feed us on a very deep level and diminish cravings for the superficial rewards of life.
