Hummus

 Makes about 1.5 cups (about 25 tablespoons)

Ingredients:

·         1 can (16oz) chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained & rinsed

·         1 garlic clove

·         1 tablespoon sesame oil, or tahini

·         2 tablespoons lemon juice

·         1 dash salt

·         1 dash pepper

 

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.  Add water to thin (if necessary).
